Real-time Delivery Tracking
You don’t have to call to check your delivery status. The Real-time delivery tracking feature of the App allows you to check your Rider’s location and Delivery status instantly.

Notifications & Alerts
Get instant notifications and alerts of the status of your order from time to time. You can turn off these notifications anytime you want.

Payments in Cash & Wireless Transfer
Users can pay for their Order/Deliveries through CASH or by Wireless transfer (GPAY, PAYTM, phonepe) directly to the Rider. All payments are to be paid to Rider directly. Locodo doesn’t collect any payments from the users.

Pricing
We ensure a consistent experience for our customers with our Kilometer-based pricing. Our pricing is based on 3 factors (a) Kilometers/Distance (b) Type of service Express or Regular (c) Weight of your Parcel/Package. With No Surge pricing, users don’t have to worry about paying extra during Peak hours or Late hours.

In-App Messaging
Users can Message their respective Rider through in-app messaging during the course of Order to provide directions, information to Rider for his easy accessibility or to provide him with any other details.
Users can Message our Support/Customer Service anytime through In-App messaging. We assure you of a prompt response.

Ratings
Users can post Ratings about your delivery and Rider after the Order is complete. It helps us to learn about the experience of Users.

Customer Support
Our Customer Support (Chat or by Phone) is available from 9 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week even on Public Holidays.
